Super easy installation!

If mounting multiple at same level, 16" stud centers, they won't work for Dreadnought or larger. Stagger height for those. I have 4 Stagg and 1 On Stage on a wall. Suspect that I will be ordering 4 more soon. Mounted tops at 6.5" from ceiling and have room for headstocks above and couch below. That is including a 34" scale bass. My mandolin also fits but requires a slight pull down to complete latch travel. It doesn't weigh enough. It's nice to free up floor stands for jams and current use instruments. Having instruments out of cases equals more play time and more diversity if you have multiple instruments. I do not know what my comfort level would be if there were small children around them. I leave the straps hanging down. Be safe and sensible.

These hangers are very functional and easy to install. With numerous string instruments I have made a beautiful wall for guitars, ukulele, banjo, mandolin. They all work on the same hanger and they all hang securely. Excellent product!

I bought this hanger due to limited space and I really didn't want my guitar on the floor. This did the trick and was perfect for those that have limited space.
