Very cheap, thin plastic that is NOT going to last. Spring action clamp reminds me of a fragile kiddie toy you buy in those roadside novelty restaurants. Does not fit like advertised. I have a 9 1/2" x 6 5/8' I-pad and this thing only opens to 9" although is states "...and 9-12.9" screen size tablets in portrait or landscape, even those with cases" Sure, you can put it in landscape and turn it so that it is in portrait position but because the clamps do not hold it tight enough and there is no support on the bottom now, the i-pad easily slips right out. DO NOT PURCHASE. What happened to American product pride?

I had no idea I was really looking for something like this until I saw it and right away I knew this was it! Does that make sense? I'm a drummer, didn't think so. I wanted something that would attach to my rack to hold my I-pad to keep set list and songs I do and this is the one! Holds really tight to the rack and keeps I-pad in place during entire gig! Very versatile.
Just what I needed!

Tablet clamp part works well. Only problem, is that the flexible arm can begin to sag or move out of place depending on weight of your tablet/case. This problem is exaggerated if you mount it to a stand (such as a drum or cymbal stand) that receives vibrations. For a similar price, I would recommend the K & M universal mount (with clamping arm) over this.
