Throwback Tele Designed by Fender
As the first commercial electric guitar from Leo Fender, the Tele holds a special place in nearly all genres of popular music. That’s why the design has stayed the same for decades. This Squier Bullet gives modern players a chance to start the same way so many greats did, with electronics and body shape that mirror the original.Maple Neck With Indian Laurel Fingerboard and Old-School Fret Layout
Finished in satin for better grip, the comfortable C-shaped Tele neck is perfect for learning to play electric guitar. It’s made from 100% maple, long used by Fender for Tele and Strat models. The fingerboard adds Indian laurel tonewood to the mix, finished naturally to show off the attractive wood grain. The frets are kept to 21 for authenticity.Clear, Simple Electronics That Made the Tele Famous
This Squier Bullet has the same dual single-coil layout from the original Tele. The bridge pickup is angled and open. The neck pickup is horizontal and covered. The simple 3-way switch can isolate either pickup or play both at once. This simple formula was the foundation that led to countless variations on the electric guitar. There is no better option for a beginner who wants great sound, clear controls and real pedigree.Limited-Edition Finish Inspired by Vintage Guitars
To match the old-school layout, this limited-edition Squier Bullet Tele features a bold, elegant retro finish. It’s attractive but not flashy, just like the guitar itself. Beginners can play it anywhere with confidence.

Not your father's Bullet!
Great entry-level guitar. Made in Indonesia: significantly higher quality than the Chinese Affinity model Squiers. Fit and finish are beautiful. Nice tone, comfortable neck. Body has a humbucker cavity behind the neck pickup for you modders out there. Very good tuners , unlike the Bullets of old. Great value for the money.

Bad Service, Bad quality, Not for beginner
If you buy this guitar with the idea of giving it to a beginner don't bother. I bought this guitar hoping to get a cheap but authentic fender product to upgrade. I've read a ton of reviews and watched countless videos on this subject only to be disappointed and feeling scammed. I ordered this online and upon pulling it out of the box scratched my hand on the frets, if i were a child this probably would have drawn blood. So I headed back to Guitar Center, i was greeted by no one, when I found 2 employees and asked for help I was ignored until they were finished talking. So I told him what my problem was and asked if i could try one of the other telecasters from the back. Out of 4 that they had in stock all of them had glaring fret issues one was so bad the employee wouldn't even pull it out of the box. I requested a refund for the product and the manager walked me over to a non fender product and tried to sell me a different guitar for 3 times the price. I explained to him that i wanted to buy a cheaper model guitar and make various upgrades to it myself but I did expect the cheap guitar to at least not cut my hand. He then explained to me that they sold hundreds of those per week and they were all like that, then he offered to sell me a complete guitar setup and explained to me that they always recommend setups on these "cheaper" guitars. Also the ones he put on display all had to go to the guitar tech for 30-45 minutes for a fret job. This is misleading, especially for a new guitar player. He then offered me the telecaster on display as a replacement which had decent enough frets. But scratches all over it where it had been on display. I declined and waited at the register to process my return. the manager then decided that flirting with his coworker was more important than processing my refund. after staring at him for a few minutes waiting for service I finally just spoke up and asked to get this going. he acted annoyed and started my refund. After which he lectured me on how to shop for a guitar "next time find one of us and we will make sure you find the right guitar without so many glaring issues" No next time for me pal.

Quality Control?????

I was using the guitar for about two weeks and since I like to keep things clean, I finally peeled off the film on the pickguard. To my surprise, there were two layers, and then as I peeled off the second layer, there were 2 dark red stains AND 3 black spots of DUST on the pickguard which I thought was going to come off with the film. But it was not scratchable, polishable, or removable. And I really tried but there is no third layer of film on it. It is literally on the top coat or whatever material it is. Where is the quality control??? Just disappointed:(

The price should have been made a little bit lower though. I love the ebony fingerboard, and the tone is like my 1976 telecaster. I tried out a telecaster about three years ago, which was made in Mexico, and it really sounded bad. The body felt like it was made out of Balsawood, and the tone was horrible. This one had a good tone. I came back after one day and tried this out on a 5150, it sounded just like I expected, so I figured it wasn't that bad of a purchase.

I bought my granddaughter a Bullet Telecaster Limited Edition Electric Guitar Surf Green and I was wondering what case would go well with that? Not too expensive but something that will protect the guitar.
