Clearance Sound Percussion Labs Total Drum Set Mute Prepack

Description
Most drummers have experienced the problem of noise complaints while practicing in apartments or late at night. Drums are loud and penetrating but Sound Percussion Mutes dampen the sound, yet retain the feel of the drum itself.
The mutes are constructed of an ultrathin material that closely approximates the feel and touch of a stick hitting a drumhead. Immediately, drummers will notice a vast improvement over existing drum mutes and the makeshift use of towels, tape, and blankets. They are a breeze to get up and ready, just place them on the drumheads and cymbals, and play.
The Sound Percussion Fusion Mute Prepack includes: a 22" kick drum mute, 10" tom mute, 12" tom mute, 13" tom mute, two 14" mutes (for floor tom and snare), 16" floor tom mute, plus ride and a hi-hat cymbal mutes.

- 10", 12", and 13" tom mutes

Great mutes
Great set of mutes here (yes, the bass mute is included though not listed under 'features'). The pads for the snare/toms/bass are all full pads and dampen I'd say around 50-60%. The mutes for the cymbals include a full hi-hat mute (that goes in between them), and a wide and medium triangle shapes for the others. Yes, the cymbal mutes really jack up their sound (can't imagine how you could mute them otherwise) so I just don't use those (it's mostly the constant thumping, not the cymbals, that my neighbors complain about anyways.)

22" Mute needs work...
Nothing wrong with the Tom or Cymbal mutes. The 22" bass drum mute does not come with instructions on how to attached the support lines (had to youtube it). After only 1 week of practicing for about 1-hr / day, the center pad on the bass fell off leaving my beaters hitting directly against the foam, the glue is weak.

My wife said she was going to kick me and the drums out of the house. We are good now. Don't know how well they will hold up but it works for now.

I'm not sure what the clips are for...am I supposed to cut through the bass pad and secure clips to lugs? Mine fits snugly in and I have a cowbell atop of the bass so that helps hold it too... other than that it's exactly what I wanted and needed!
