collapse expand iconDescription

The Simmons DA2110 advanced electronic drum amp delivers powerful, high-fidelity sound for your electronic drum kit. With 100W of power driving a premium 10" speaker, it provides rich, full bass response and crisp highs to bring your drumming to life. Connect via Bluetooth or the AUX input to jam along to your favorite tracks.

Placement Flexibility for the Perfect Setup

The DA2110 has a versatile cabinet that mounts to a speaker pole or sits on the floor so you can position it at the ideal height for your playing style. A floor/pole switch ensures consistent tone in either configuration. With the optional Smart Stereo feature, link two DA2110s for a surround sound experience that places each drum exactly where it should be.

Silent Practice for Anytime, Anywhere

A headphone output on the DA2110 lets you practice in silence whenever and wherever you want. Play along to tracks through your Bluetooth device or AUX input without disturbing others. The headphone jack provides the same rich, full tone you get through the speaker so you can develop solid drumming dynamics even in quiet conditions.

Simple, Powerful Controls for Your Sound

Shape your tone with a three-knob EQ on the DA2110. Adjust bass, midrange and treble frequencies to suit the music you're playing along with or enhance the natural tone of your electronic drum kit. With 100W of power, this amp delivers all the volume you need for practicing, jamming or performing, while keeping your sound clean and balanced.

Versatile amp for E-Drums, and more.

Let me state at the beginning, that I have two DA2110s, paired with the DA12S subwoofer. With this setup, there is more than enough power and bottom-end to support playing an E-kit for a gig, although many of your may run the E-drums through the house sound system at a lot of venues. The sound is clear, strong, and represents the sonic spectrum of the drums, and with the DA12S, you'll get PLENTY of bass drum in the mix. The controls are convenient, simple, and setup is easy. The manual is straightforward, and remember, signal input is through a 1/4" jack, and XLR is used to best connect the three speakers. I have used the 3 speaker system as a P.A. for house parties, backyard gigs, and smaller venues without a house sound system, playing acoustic drums, and running the vocals and an acoustic guitar into a small mixing board, which is then connected to the speaker system in the same fashion you would run your output from an E-drum control module to the speaker system. It worked great. Of course, for rehearsal or practice using an E-kit, these will be excellent. These are solidly built, and easy to transport. I would recommend getting speaker stands for the two 2110s, if you're using them for performance or as a P.A., as I noted above.

Disappointing

Got this for my Roland kit so I wouldn't have to turn on my entire PA system just to practice. Upside: unit is not too big nor too heavy, with practical controls placed conveniently on the front where you can reach them. Downside: unimpressive sound quality, not nearly as loud as expected, knobs look and feel cheap and flimsy. On a side note, I have 40 years experience with live sound, so I know quality when I see/hear it, and this unit is not worth the $.

Spend the extra money for the DA2112. The DA2110 isn't loud enough.

I use the speaker for about an hour a day, I truly enjoy having this speaker. I would recommend this speaker to any beginner or advanced Drummer. The only thing that I would recommend is to supply the proper cable with the spaeker so you do not have to go back to the store or order one online.

No, there's nothing on an acoustic kit to plug it into. If you want to amplify acoustic drums, you need microphones.
