Sounds Excellent, but they're fiddly

I've been completely satisfied with the earbuds so far as regards audio quality. That said, they have some of the regrettably inherent issues with any all-in-one devices. In this case, the casing is rather large, and feels bulky in the ear when first used and inserted. This bulk makes it very important that you follow the instructions on positioning them in your ear to prevent wobbling or dropping out. Mine have done neither, but I can see where it could happen if I didn't position them very carefully. More significant is the initial power on process. There have been times when I have both earbuds out of the charger and in my ear, and they do not connect even though they are fully charged and only inches from the phone. One time I put the earbuds in my ear, the right earbud turned on and connected, but the left earbud remained off, no matter what tapping or holding I did. I had to reinsert/remove the left earbud into the charger a couple of times for the device to recognize that it was no longer in storage/charge mode and connect. I hope this is not an ongoing problem.

Great sound. Already...

Great sound. Already having trouble connecting to my devices and I've only had them for a couple of weeks. Currently the left will only connect to my friends phone while my right will only connect to my laptop. Not good enough

    Not loaded with as many features as some rivals. But to me they're superior in so many ways. Tough, comfortable, reliable, easy to use, and unmatched sound quality. I've had these for over a year now and have had no regrets. Definitely recommend if you're out for earbuds that are a pleasure to use and will last, over cheesy features in rival products.

    I have owned and used these for almost a year now. They have served well in all conditions I use them in, warm, cold, dry, sweaty. With strenuous activity and lost of jaw action they can on occasion work loose in the ear, but 99% of the time this is not an issue. I picked them because they do not hang down on the lower notch of the ear. Earbuds of this type fall out of my ears easily. I am not an audiophile and I did not run these through some kind of high quality test. Suffice to say that they provide the quality of sound I wanted, and even more, so I am completely satisfied with the sound reproduction and isolation these in-ear designs provide. The one small quibble I have is that they sync as soon as one earbud is removed from the case. If you remove the second earbud too slowly, when it comes on it may not sync to the phone or other bluetooth device. This is resolved quickly by putting the buds back in the case and taking them out together.

    I had a pair of Sony WH1000XM4 and was not happy with the fit of them in my ear. These Sennheiser earbuds fit much better.

    I've not had a ton of expierence with wireless headphones, but of all I've engaged with, these have had the best audio quality (and that's before adjusting the levels in their app). My only complaint would be their microphone, it picks up a lot of ambient/background noise (don't try talking on the phone in the wind), but that is not the reason for them being bought, so I shouldn't complain. Overall, a superb wireless headphone, especially for the price.
