Description
The Schecter Reaper-6 FR S puts an outrageous twist on an aggressive shred machine by incorporating a Sustainiac pickup into the mix. While the Schecter USA San Andreas humbucker in the bridge position delivers all of the propulsive combustion you’ll ever need, the Sustainiac in the neck adds near-infinite sustain for bowing effects, ambient swells and melodic feedback. Team the Sustainiac with the Floyd Rose 1500 Series tremolo and you’ll be able to produce cascading pitch warbles and dive bombs that seem to go on forever. Anyone looking to become a bit of a sonic iconoclast or sophisticated tonal savage should dig into the sound and performance options provided by the Reaper-6 FR S.

    Honestly, it's good. It's way better than the standard Reaper. The pickups in the Elite and far superior to the standard reaper. The sustainiac is just a gimmick though. That being said, it's pretty awesome. The neck is top tier. The bridge just a stand Floyd Rose and it just feels good. My biggest gripe is the price. It's a little steep considering that there are other guitars that have this same quality for a lesser price, but with way more versatility in their tone.
