The Schecter PT Special struts a vintage vibe with a few surprises under the hood—such as ferocious Schecter Diamond VT-1 and V-90 pickups and a comfy vintage C neck shape that invites everything from modern-country twang to rockin’ riffs to aggro shredding. The volume control is positioned just right for doing volume swells with your pinky, and the tone control’s push-pull knob opens up a variety of sounds by letting you switch back and forth between series and parallel pickup wiring. The Schecter PT Special is a versatile tone machine that can tackle just about any style of music.
