Great guitar

Bought this a few days ago just to play something a little different. I'm a epiphone guy and this stacks up greatly to my Les Paul classic or explorer, both epiphones and 5 stars by the way. I was surprised at the great blues tone you can get and yes it's a metal monster. The neck is slim and smooth and awesome for smaller hands.Even with the cheaper strings right out of the box after 30 straight minutes of serious blues bending stayed in tune with a small adjustment to the g string witch I was murdering. Only adjustment I had to make out of the box was raise the low side of the bridge slightly( maybe 1 1/2 to 2 turns) for fret buzz starting around the 14th fret then played perfectly all the way up the neck. And guess what, the bolt on neck is NOT clunky or in the way when getting up to to the end of the fret board.I guess instead of saying all this I could have just said WOW.

I would buy this product again very fun to use

The great thing about this product is that it has such a cool unique kind of look to it and I think that the weight was perfect the look was perfect amazing guitar the only thing that i didn't enjoy to much was the sound it has a kind of metal tone to it which is my favorite genre but also depends on what amp you play it on so i made it sound like a clean playing guitar but if that's your style this is the guitar for you

I absolutely love the feel and look of this guitar. The frets are filed nicely, the weight fits my style and it's gorgeous to look at. The Pickups have a great tone but are not as hot as a stock Ibanez pickup. When I plug route this through an NS-2 with the X arrangement I lose out on sharp harmonics on the G, B, and High E strings. The place you lose out on is the electronics, as the tone knob became loose and so did the output jack. I have to tighten it every time I unplug it. After some personal tweaking towards action, and changing strings, the C-6 Elite holds tuning for a long time. This does not need a lot of work to become a performer but the pickups were a miss for me. Overall this guitar has made me a fan of Schecter, but again I just want to replace the pick-ups and the output jack. My only wish is that the hardware came in a gold option cause I think it would look sick.

My girlfriend got me this guitar as a gift and it is PERFECT. Great look, great feel, great sound. I use it to practice and record. Theres a little fret buzz here and there but nothing that you can't work with and figure out how to avoid.

I bought this at my local guitar center in Portage, MI. I originaly was going to buy a red squier but when I saw the C-6 Elite, I thought it stood out the most. It had a good feeling to it as well as good tone. when comparing it to the squier, it was the better preformer. Thats when I made the decision to buy it and I don't regret it. from that day I have always used it for any gig or youtube vid I have done.

I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't have to shim to neck .02" to get the action that I like. The bridge was all the way down to the body so could not adjust.Works great now I have no other issues with this guitar.

  • I spend more time tuning it than I do playing it

I took the first one back the intonation was way out. Guitar center replaced it with another and it will not stay in tune. You start playing a song and before you're halfway thru the guitar has gone out of tune. It's just maddening.

Is the transparent purple burst truly purple? Or does it have more of a magenta or pink appearance? It is difficult to tell from the photos available online.

It is purple. The pictures are a bit darker than in person.

Can someone actually make a youtube video of this instrument, literally all the videos i find are just people talking about the guitar and don't play it at all, I just want to hear this thing sing before i purchase. Also when i type out the name of the guitar, i just find c-6 deluxe or c-6 pro reviews. I thank anyone in advance that make the video. please respond with a link if possible.

I know that Schecter usually has their videos not only posted on their YouTube, but also on their website. You could look them up there.
