Returned without even playing

This guitar looked nice, but the strings were not cutting it. I was replacing the strings and winding the tuner machine, when it fell right out of the headstock!!! I saw the screw, so I thought maybe they weren't tightened, but when I went to tighten the screws, I found out that the screw holes were completely stripped. All of this happened before even playing once. :( Musician's Friend did a great job with the return, so I am happy with their service despite the problems with the guitar.

What are the pros and cons of the guitar? What is the quality of the product?
The body shape gives a boost to the high end of the guitar making it excellent for finger-picking styles. This does negate from the booming low end for chord work but not enough to worry about. I haven't had my hands on a Savannah brand guitar, but all I have heard is it's an excellent buy for the price.
