This Injection-Molded SKB microphone case holds six mics in a very compact case and is part of SKB's 3I Waterproof Series of cases. 3I Series, injection-molded, waterproof cases are constructed of ultra high-strength polypropylene, copolymer resin and feature a gasketed, waterproof and airtight, submersible design (IP67) that is resistant to corrosion and impact damage. Its continuous molded-in hinge; patented "trigger release" latch system; comfortable, snap-down rubber, over-molded cushion-grip handle; secure stacking; and automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C) all contribute to its military-grade design.

The interior foam of this microphone case is cut on the new water jet machine SKB now uses to cut custom foam and design new products. The mic case has convoluted foam in the lid for a compression fit. This case allows for three mics to be stored horizontally on two separate layers of foam. The 3I-0907-MC6 microphone case measures 9" x 7" x 6" and is one of the most compact, 6-mic cases on the market.

    Doesn't fit all of my mics as I wanted in there but the case can be repurposed for any fixture I plan on putting in there instead of mics.

    This case is just awesome! I put six Audix OM5 mics in this case and I know they are well protected. I had first tried a Gator Case and the foam was so thin and cheap I know my mic screens would have been dented if I had dropped the case. I have no such worries with this SKB case. It is waterproof, bomb proof and amazingly compact. I would give this case 10 stars if I could. If you want to securely and safely transport your mics, this is the case to get. There is nothing I would change about this case.

    What is there to say, it works. I can probably drop it off a building and the mics would stay in perfect condition. It has lots of padding and its pretty compact for storage. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a microphone case.

    I love this case because it protects your valuable mics from getting banged up during transportation. The case is very durable and does not take up a whole lot of space while storing in my closet.
