North American Warranty: SABIAN cymbals are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase on all SABIAN series except Solar by SABIAN which has a 6-month warranty period. If after inspection by SABIAN personnel it is determined that the cymbal failed under normal use, a replacement cymbal of the same size and series will be provided free of charge. To obtain warranty service, ship the cymbals prepaid along with a copy of the dated proof of purchase to the following; In the USA. SABIAN Inc, 100 Enterprise Drive, Marshfield, MA 02050. Please call 1-800-81-SABIAN and request an RA#. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and return shipping. The above pertains to SABIAN cymbals purchased in North America. As warranty laws vary from country to country, you will need to check with the dealer where you purchased the cymbal for warranty details in any country outside North America, as the warranty is administered by the SABIAN distributor in the respective country. Warranty replacements for cymbals purchased in Canada and the USA cannot be shipped outside the USA and Canada.

    I was a Zildjian die hard user for life until I bought an A Custom cymbal pack. To say I was greatly disappointed would be an understatement. The cymbals were not matched and honestly not what I was expecting, Just poor sounding and underwhelming tone (flat) So I sold them. I did quite a bit of research and listened to countless videos and audio bits until I decided on these. I then headed to a local GC (great service btw) to listen in person and was completely blown away. Man, these sound (and look) great. Great clarity, tone perfect decay for me and they all are matched. They all sound great, but the crown jewel of this pack is the 21" ride. Simply superb and the Ozone will perfectly complement my AAX Aero crashes. They all make for a nice modern sound with great musicality.

    I returned the product. I didn't feel that the money justified the product. The HHX crashes are too high pitched.

    I bought this pack based off of a 10" Evolution Splash I've had for over a decade now. It's always been one of my favorite cymbals so I figured I'd like the rest of the line. This pack did not disappoint. Such a great value for such amazing pro cymbals. Will definitely buy some more Evolution in the future.

    The 21" ride makes this worth the price. The 21 is a much nicer all around ride than the 20". The rest of the cymbals are really nicely paired and complementary to the ride.
