SABIAN B8 Performance Cymbal Pack

these are pretty good cymbals, especially for the price. i really just needed anything to get rid of my old broken cymbals, and these did a great job, but i think that the 14" crash is a bit too bright for my taste.

For the most part, these cymbals were awesome.. I got them during July of 2006, the crash didn't last too long. and I bought the set that came with a free extra crash, that was also B8 and cracked at about the exact same time as the other crash I bought.. However I still use the Crash/Ride now and the hats are pretty good.. I agree with the guy below me though, they aren't too good open (they work for me though) and they sound a lot better closed.. Overall it was a good buy, I just wish the crash cymbals had lasted longer, but I play hard and I've cracked quite a few cymbals so, I didn't expect them to last TOO long lol..

These things are GREAT. I was in dire need of a cymbal upgrade so I browsed around the store and stumbled upon these beauties. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them go for 150. I immediately bought them. The 18 inch crash/ride is deep and attacking while the 14 inch crash is high pitched and fast, and the 13 inch hihats are bright and shiny. I would DEFINITELY reccommend these cymbals for any aspiring beginner. They're by Sabian so you just KNOW they're high quality. Now, these are B8's, so just keep in mind there are better cymbals, but for a higher price. So you're making a steal with this pack. If you're in need of a cymbal upgrade for a ridiculously low price, buy them now! DO IT!

well these are okay for a starter that wants to get rid of there old cymbals that came with there starter set ,the value is good but the qualty is kinda poor and the crash is to trahsy and the hi hats kinda sound ok closed but not good open ,the cras/ride is kinda lame,i would rather recomend the paiste 101's just 10 more dollars and you get a bigger crash ,ride,and hats .so yeah go with paiste better cymbal for a better price

These Cymbals are amazing!!! The hi- hats sound great closed, but open they sound really bad. The chick sound when they are closed are phenomenal! The crash gives a really good, well crash sound, and it really comes through a guitar and bass. The Crash Ride is good too. The Ride sounds amazing same with the crash. GREAT CYMBAL PACK FOR THE PRICE, BUY IT TODAY!

I got these cymbals not to long ago and I love them. They have awesome sound and they are a very good price. I'm gonna stick with Sabian forever!!! If you need to replaced some old cymbals and you don't have that much money, get sabian!!!
