    Ios winner

I had been looking everywhere for a simple usb/midi adapter to run ios apps out to midi. I was sceptical reading that it would work with the camera kit after many reporting failures using coremidi with reliable adapters. But it works! You have to use a powered usb hub and the apple camera kit. But it works just fine. Thanks GC and Roland.

    DO NOT BUY

Bought this device TODAY and it's stopped working within 6 hours. Drivers and install checkers didn't want to cooperate with my computer, and after it was FINALLY working, it completely died a few hours later. Roland support is a joke also. This item is cheap and poorly designed.

Does it require a driver on Mac, or is it class compliant (plug and play)?

      Open Reply - Thomas
I’m sorry, I don’t know. Plug and Play is PC technology.

      I’m sorry, I don’t know. Roland doesn't say.

I just bought a Godin ACS-SA guitar from you (which I love!) & would like to interface w/ my iMac in order to input into Finale notation software. Finale tech support seems to think this won't work for some reason. I don't see why not. The Godin has MIDI out & Finale accepts midi input.

      Open Reply - Thomas
I'm not sure how you will interface. The Godin wants 13 pin connectors.

Hello - Would the Roland UM-ONE MK2 USB interface work on Windows 10/Windows 11 for the Roland GP100?

It would, but some recording software may not work with it.

Hi, would this work if I wanted to plug in a Roland Juno DS61 into a macbook and hear all of the synthesizer's tones in garageband?

This interface would work well for this type of connection.
