Buying this guitar was the best decision of my life!
I really wanted to learn guitar, so I bought this one, despite the reviews of the tuning issues. I keep it in a snug guitar bag, and even then it's been in perfect tune since the first time I tuned it. I love how rich the sound is, and the 7/8 size is perfect for my smaller hands and frame. I think the color is amazing too. The design and the colors just add to the beauty of this guitar. So far, I'm overwhelmingly happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend this guitar to anyone who wants to learn or who just wants a great little guitar!

it is what it is..
I'm not complaining really, overall nice build and finish! honest observations and criticisms: surprise.. the fretboard is DEAD FLAT, means ease and speed for the manufacturing, doesnt need fret levelling and re-crowning is understandable, theres very little to go wrong, less likely to "fret out" (aka BUZZZZ..), keeps price low too. same for its lack of dots on the fretboard, not a problem. not gonna subtract points for this stuff. the bridge could be slightly lower, and the nut quite a bit lower, to be better playable, instead of arriving as a fingertip torture device. easy enough for someone to do who knows how BUT, someone who doesnt know may never want to pick up a guitar again. (minus two points!) dont get me wrong, I play mostly electrics but I'm not spoiled or "tender fingered" when it gets to acoustics. this guitar wasnt ready and willing to be played. after an action-job, (is removing the bridge and nut to grind the backsides down to put the strings closer to the fretboard. you have to know how, and how much to remove!) ...the FLAT fretboard is decently playable, good sound projection as well. not knocking this guitar's overall quality for its price, but its string height is a major detail -Rogue- needs to address for their little starter guitars, for everyones sake! this is actually a pretty nice guitar for fast-cheap mass produced, and I really dont regret the purchase at all, but I also stand by my criticism of its action as gotten. it is what it is.. if the action was right as received, It'd got 5 stars with considerations given for its very low price. PS: giving a guitar an action job can have it misbehaving with different guage strings. acoustic guitars do need SOME height to not buzz-out when strumming hard as well. what may sound like a simple meat grinding job, is actually tedious with strings off-on re-tunings etc. it can take 1-2 hours of time, OR the factory can make some alterations to plant a couple shorter bits of plastic! about .040 from the bridge and .070 at the nut, is a lot. GuitarCenter, dont post this if it hurts but dont NOT tell Rogue about it either hey.. if nasty stiff action hurts peoples fingers TOO MUCH, future sales flush down the... this is a "Starter Guitar", should be friendlier!

Great guitar for the money! The only adjustment I had to make was put new Elixir strings on it ( although that may be subjective) overall, great starter guitar though!

Plays very nice and sounds good too! Perfect for someone who is just getting the hang of guitar and plays casually. I am a smaller person and this doesn't feel big and clunky to me, and it doesn't have any weird edges that hurt. I've had mine about a week now and have no complaints :) Definitely a beginner guitar, but in my experience it's a good one
My daughter loves it!
