Rogue
Description

The RA-110D dreadnought acoustic guitar is a traditional dreadnought acoustic guitar that offers players a full, resonant tone and comfortable playability at an incredible value. Featuring a genuine spruce top, nato neck and die-cast tuning machines, the RA-110D delivers a rich, full sound with excellent projection and intonation. The RA-110D dreadnought acoustic guitar is now available at Guitar Center for a great price.

Genuine Spruce Top Enhances Tone and Clarity

The RA-110D's spruce top provides a balanced, articulate tone with bell-like highs and tight, punchy lows. Spruce is a lightweight, resonant wood that helps produce a clear, crisp sound with subtle overtones and harmonics. The spruce top works in concert with the guitar's dreadnought body shape to create a full, resonant tone with powerful projection.

Nato Neck and Bound Fingerboard Provide Smooth Playability

The RA-110D features a nato neck and bound fingerboard for a comfortable playing experience. Nato is a lightweight, affordable wood with tone-enhancing qualities similar to mahogany. The neck's slim profile and 25-1/2" scale length provide an easy-playing feel for beginners and developing players. The bound fingerboard edges create a smooth surface for fingering complex chords and melodies.

Die-Cast Tuning Machines Keep the Guitar in Tune

High-quality die-cast tuning machines help the RA-110D stay in tune through heavy strumming and changes in temperature or humidity. The die-cast construction provides stable, long-lasting performance. Smooth, accurate tuners make it easy to get the RA-110D in tune and keep it that way.

A Complete Package at an Unbeatable Value

With its spruce top, comfortable nato neck and precision die-cast tuners, the RA-110D provides an impressive set of features at an affordable price. An ideal choice for beginners, recreational players and pros on a budget, the RA-110D delivers authentic acoustic tone and premium playability.

The guitar is actually better than I expected, there is nothing wrong with the sound and overall quality. But this model is extremely unpopular, I can't find anything elsewhere. Anway it's good enough for beiginners who want something that works ok and cheap.

I had bought a Rogue RA-090 before and although my expectations were low, I was pleasantly surprised by the guitar. I wanted something I could just pick up and play without taking it out of a case. It's been ok and actually stays in tune. This one, not so much. When it arrived, the neck was way out of adjustment. I was able to get it to play but moving from cord to cord was horrible and I could never keep it or get in tune. Based on my previous purchase, I thought I would give another Rogue a try. I ended up taking it back and paying a little extra to get an epiphone. This model was a bust so spend a little extra to get something that won't aggravate you! #sweepstakes.

Great looking Guitar! Fun Guitar to pick around on! It is fretting out on D string 9th fret, but I think I can correct and believe would place well in a group!

The specs say "The RA-110D's solid spruce top provides a balanced, articulate tone" but open-gear support posted that it's spruce laminate. Which one is correct? And if gear support is, then PLEASE correct the specs...or remove the erroneous post???

    Open Reply - Gear-Support
I apologize for the confusion. It's a laminate. Thank you for pointing that out. I will pass it on to our web team.

Is this a good starter guitar? If I have never played and can't take lessons during this epidemic. Is there a way to teach myself from home?

    Open Reply - Thomas
It's a great starter guitar. There are hundreds of books, CDs and DVDs available for instructions. Just type 'guitar books' in the search bar. You will also probably be able to find instructional youtube videos.
