This needs to be combined with other pedals to create a decent sound.

Pretty great 'lil bluesy pedal, especially for the price. You can crank it from a softer almost acoustic sound to a larger overdrive sound easily. Definitely found the sound I was looking for.

I would call it mediocre at best. With all three knobs cranked, you can get a bit of boost and some crunch. Low end is essentials gone once you turn it on. And it does make the high end very twangy. Good for a very specific sound, but that sound sure isn't Chicago style blues. I grew up in the Windy City, and it is by no means a Chicago Blues sound comi,g out of this thing.
