I would buy again

This is a great little starter kit. Everything a kid needs to have fun and learn. easy set up and instructions for the first time I had set up a full kit out of a box.

Good beginner set

Bought this for my son about a year and a half ago. It has served well for a beginner set. We've since upgraded the cymbal and high hat (junk from the box) and heads. It's held up relatively well under at least daily use for the 18 months. It's getting time to replace though, as the problems keep mounting. If you are looking at an entry set to determine if your kid is really going to be a drummer, this is sufficient. If you KNOW you or your kid is going to drum long-term, get a better quality set.

    Symbols, I hit it once and left a dent and the snare drum has had to be fixed many times. The kick drum sounds bad but if you put a sheet in it it's ok.OK. the high Tom had to be repaired to.

    the cymbals suck, the heads suck but i replaced those. with the new heads it sounds pretty good but i still need new cymbals, overall i think its a good kit for beginners but it kinda sucks.

    Bought it for myself two months ago. Great set for the first day. Heads weren't the best, cymbals weren't the best, but hardware was good except for the hi hat stand. I agree with the dudes review two down from mine, I'll have a nice bonfire with the boys! Thanks Rogue!

    It was good at first but right out the box the hihat pedal broke and I had to fix it. The only noticeable thing was that the cymbals started to deform. Now its a complete wreck. The snare is completely broken and the hihat only stays working for a couple seconds. It's good for a little bit for beginners but if you do get one plan on buying your next one within a year.

    Sounds like a trash can on a couple of stands. Cymbals were trash, threw those out, heads were trash threw those out, the only good pieces are the cymbal stand and the sticks that come with it. Thanks Rogue!!
