A lot of additional time went into making the Revv G3 distortion pedal feel right under the fingers with even saturation and nice bloom and attack – not flat and sterile. Testing with different kinds of rigs – making it as versatile as possible. It can be used in studios; on fly-rig boards with cab modeling direct to front of house; in front of big, high-gain heads and used with little combos. During development, it received much positive feedback from touring artists, producers and session guys – but it still went through over a 16 revisions to get it just right, and the results speak for themselves.

    This is the best distortion pedal I have ever used. Its sounds great run into a good clean channel and doesn't need boosting although it stacks very well with other pedals. I love the versatility of the aggression modes and find all three useful. I tried it as a pre-amp but preferred it in front of my amp. I play metal and hard rock and this pedal has the sound in my head. I love it!!!!

    i use it connected to by 5150 first generation and it really ad to muy sound sound immensely. But what I like the most i can dial the perfect distortion from Mana to Metallica is really versatile love it.

    With this pedal you can get a wide variety of overdriven/distorted sounds. Two different channels plus an off (boost) channel give the player plenty of options.

    This pedal is amazing, it is a kind of preamp (Revv Generator purple channel) that do not need any overdrive/bost to sound heavy, definided and articulated. Sound very tight and with a good amount of low end.
