Description
The Reverend Pete Anderson Signature Eastsider T might look standard at first glance, but it’s factory hot-rodded and stage-ready from the get-go. Country/roots-rock legend and Grammy-winning artist/producer Pete Anderson is known for his vintage T guitar. He worked with Reverend to design a signature that is faithful to the original, but modernized for versatility.
The first big change is the korina body, which is chambered to lighten the load. The caramel colored neck and fretboard are roasted maple; the compound radius fretboard gets flatter toward the higher frets, making pedal steel-style bends ring true. Anderson spec'd his Eastsider T with dual Talnico single-coil pickups. The neck position Talnico has traditional T-style tone with extra punch and clarity. The bridge position sounds like the ’50s, but with a thicker twang that’s never harsh. A push/pull phase control and trebled bleed circuit provide lots of sonic flavor to savor.
Other features include a string-thru bridge with stainless steel saddles, pin-lock tuners, Boneite nut and a hand-signed, initialed headstock.
