I bought this amp when i was 18. I dont know about you all but mine has twin 12" celestion speakers in her. Absolutely LOVE my ole girl. I play heavy metal to SRV to clean and she does them all. Built in effects work great for me. Highly recommend this amp.

Put simply, this amp is incredible. I think most people buy a Marshall for that signature overdrive, but this thing's clean sound is possibly just as impressive as it's OD. Like a lot of the other reviewers have said, I don't use a lot of the built in effects, because any of the effects I need I have in pedal form. I do use the chorus though, and- like the other effects- it holds it's ground. But just like any other Marshall, this thing's overdrive is amazing. It's got all the options to sound like any of the famous brand users of the past. I play a lot of thrash metal, but I also enjoy kicking back into a blues tone, which this thing is amazing for. Especially if you add a tube screamer and some reverb.

This amp is great. I love it. the sound effects arnt the best but i dont really use them to much and they are what they are. There is enough gain for me too. alot of people complain about the gain but if you dont like it go get a distortion pedal. I play metal but this baby is good for anyone from country to scremo. Its loud too. i still havent been able to turn it up all theway sadly because of noise issues at home but i definately suggest geting it. it packs a punch for the price and size

This is simply a great amp. The fan is not very loud if you put the volume up, if you have a decent guitar. Some guitars may make the fan get louder. My old Epiphone Les Paul made the fan turn so loud. But now I got a Gibson Les Paul and the fan is quiet. This amp has so many special effects also! Pete Townshend used this same amp! I am a music teacher and I also gig and this thing can SCREAM! This is great for all kinds of music. If you have effect pedals with this, you literally play anything. There is also a foot pedal that includes that lets your change channels and turn on and off your special effects. I highly recommend this to anyone!

First I saw this amp and I didn't really thought it could deliver the sound I needed, but man did it surprise me! it's freakin loud, the clean channel is crystal-like and the distortion is crushing. I recommend it with the turbo distortion boss pedal or the blues driver, they rock the hell out of me together! Also the effects are very nice, all sound really great, especially the chorus and the delay. Really awesome amp for those short of cash

I was playing on my father's old amp (one of the first solid states) for years until I picked this one up. This amp has a lot of great features and the built in overdrive is decent. It comes with digital enhancement for the effects which also is a great feature. When I plug in my ESP Eclipse (active EMG 'buckers), the clean channel is flawless and you can crank the volume all the way up with only negligible background noise. I personally prefer floor pedals to the provided overdrive channel, but that's really only a personal preference. The 2 overdrive channels allow for a lot of versatility from Zeppelin fuzz to Pantera thrash. The effects are awesome and I use them with my overdrive floor pedal. I only wish you could combine more than one effect at a time (besides the stock chorus/delay setting). My only problem is that the fan buzzes pretty loudly when initially turning the amp on. I'm not sure if this is common with these, but the buzzing goes away after a couple minutes and the fan works normally. Overall, if you're looking for a small venue / practice room combo, this is a great deal with decent overdrive and effects channels and a good clean tone with screaming volume.

Is it possible to hook this up to like a stack or a cab or another amp

You can unplug one the internal speakers and use another speaker. It does not link to another amp.
