When choosing a keyboard to replace the one I left 1500 miles away at my Mom's in Long Island, NY, I was determined to find one with more options and also within my budget. Well the Casio CTK-2100 61-Key Portable Piano, offers just that. I did have the inspiration in having the option to record tracks, but I decided that can always come later, after I practice a bit. Thank you Guitar Center :) ~Sincerely, Diana S.

This keyboard was purchased for my daughter and she loves it! She's taking voice lessons and her teacher recommended a casio keyboard. She's learning to read notes and also learning to play by ear. She's really enjoying her new keyboard and really beginning to make beautiful music

I've been looking into getting a keyboard to play on the side when I'm not playing my guitar, so I bought the cheapest decent one I could find. I didn't expect much, but I got it. It was better than I could have ever thought it would be. It has 400+ tones that sound amazing, plus the reverb makes it sound even better. Add all that plus the fact that it uses a usb midi & the same power adaptor as most guitar pedals, & the extreamly affordable price, it's practicly a steal. If you're looking for a great keyboard for an even better price, get it.

I picked this keyboard up the other day. i have had many midi synthesizers of various brands and I must say the sound quality instrument library on this unit are phenomenal for the price. The piano teaching functions and ease of ad-lib musical performance make this a greatitem for any budding musician. Connection to a Windows PC was effortless with a standard USB cable and I was playing my favorite midi songs off the computer within minutes. Even with the small speakers, this unit produces very pleasing tones with a huge bank of sampled musical instruments to choose from which sound almost indistinguishable from the real things. I was toally satisfied with my purchase and may pick up a few more for family and friends at such an affordable price!
