The product is fine, but the issues surrounding the shipping are very disappointing. I ordered it directly from a staff member on a Wednesday 4/11 and requested 2 day delivery for that Friday, 4/13, which they assured me of. The package was received by FedEx Thursday morning, 4/11 and was scheduled for delivery by them for the following Monday, 4/16! I actually did not receive it until Tuesday 4/17. The FedEx policy and what your person told me were both wrong and FedEx could not even locate the package. So for a $20 some odd dollar purchase, I have lost some trust in GC and will never buy anything that will be shipped by FedEx. I got the storm excuse, which is an excuse and a poor one. FedEx did not even know the location of the package and their vague answers and GC lack of knowledge about their 2 day policy makes for a bad transaction for me. Very disappointed.
