Easy to use:
To open, pull round lock top up and rotate lock top either direction swing both outside legs to open position. Now rotate back to original position lining up the arrow to lock.
Reverse procedure to close.

    I’m very sorry, the manufacturer has not made that information available. I’m sorry I don’t presently have one to test
