    I love this stand and would have rated it 5 star but it was rusted in the original package which I will have to touch up. I would not like to tear it down for gigging unless you have time and its a little bulky to transport . I works great for my application

    I have three of these stands and I love them. I even have one with back to back tiers (one set of upper tier facing front the other facing back so that I have two 88 keyboards on one side and one on the back. These are definitely set up and leave at home or studio I do not recommend for gigging. You would have to tote 6 large ungainly pieces of metal plus the hardware and it takes time to setup.

    This stand is great! It would be great for gigging as long as you have something bigger than a small car to move it in. I use it for my home studio and I don't plan on gigging with it. What I love about it is that it can hold an 88-key Korg Kronos. The Kronos is one heavy unit and needs a sturdy keyboard stand. This one is very sturdy. I can pound away on the keys worry free!
