If there was a way to give it 4.5 stars, I would have. I was skeptical at first, because reviews said the case was too big. I have a soprano with removable necks. The sax fits nicely into the case. I have not heard or felt any sliding once it's closed and I'm carrying it. Case is very sturdy and has plenty of pocket and pouch space for mouthpieces, necks, accessories, etc. I took away 1/2 star because my necks won't fit in the inside pocket with the mouthpiece still on it. I don't always like to remove the mouthpiece if I'm going straight from a practice to a performance.
This great case fits a straight neck Soprano Sax perfectly!

This is a much better case than the original from Selmer. The inside padding is adjustable to custom fit to any horn and there is enough space inside for a couple of mpcs, and reeds. The outside storage is the full length of the case and will fit straps, a small horn stand.

Was looking for a case for my EWI4000s and found it in the Protec Standard Soprano Sax Pro Pac. Now it is protected wherever I go.

No one makes a case specifically for the Akai EWI4000s but this case fits the EWI like a glove.
