Nice, convenient light
This light is great. I play a lot in dark settings and this does a great job of lighting up my sheet music. I love the portability and the fact that it's rechargeable. The build quality doesn't feel cheap either.

Convenient, but doesn't work well.
I was initially excited about this light. It folded up very compactly, it is rechargeable and had a handy carrying case. It also had a wide range of positions to use given the application. When installing it on my keyboard music stand, which is attached to the keyboard, I realized the clips to mount it were a bit wonky. I don't see any way that this music light can be installed on a portable music stand. After fully charging the light and putting it on the brightest setting, which would be normal in the evening, it was having difficulty lasting through a 1 or 2 hour gig or rehearsal. It would start flashing and then I would have to set it to the next lower brightness setting. Shortly after that, I would have to reduce it down to the lowest brightness to get it to last through the gig. Very disappointing. It looks like it has the ability to plug it into an AC outlet, but the power adapter is sold separately. Now I'm looking for a different and better music stand light.

Thing worked great when I first took it out of the box. Then never turned on again. Exactly as others have said, the charging LED turns on as if it is charging, but does not turn on.
I would never buy again

I bought this as a replacement for the previous version of this lamp end-of February, 2022. It barely lasted 4 months, and died just before show time - thankfully, the pianist had a couple spare lamps. It never really held a a proper charge, The power supply cord is barely the length of a music stand. The mini USB input, and power supply input on the lamp are very poorly constructed/flimsy and, stopped working properly, btw. Whomever designed this is obviously not even remotely thinking about musicians, beginner, student, pro, or otherwise. The prior version of this lamp was great. Unfortunately, I left it at a venue and, of course, it disappeared. The construction, and power supply on the previous version was good, and the cord was very long. Bottom line, complete waste of money and time. If you need a decent lamp, spend $10-20 more with another manufacturer.
