I got some help with my mic holder and it actually does fit well on the stand. They showed me that there's an inner piece to the mic holder thread and they helped me remove it. I didn't realize. Please consider this review over my other one.

I clamp a Stagg music stand to this base and place it on a shelf over my KB that doesn't have a music holder. The weighted base keeps the stand in place but moveable if needed. I have another with a mounted mic boom. Both do the job.

  • Not heavy enough for a boom.
