    One screw in one of the saddles was stripped and was useless.

    The stock bridge saddle for my 2015 American Standard Strat had several flaws where the high E string would get wedged in the saddle groove that holds the height adjustment screw every time I'd stretch the string. So rather that worrying about it bought this saddle set. I'm glad I bought these narrow spaced ones because the wider ones would not have fit. These narrow versions fit great. There were no instructions telling you which saddle should be used for which string so I had to find that information in a youtube video.
