I bought a bunch of parts to rebuild an old Tele copy. Out of all the bits, Guitar Center asked me to review the nut, so here it is. It was straight, black and had grooves for the strings. It fits the neck and looks good on the guitar. I haven't finished the rebuild so I can't say if it will make me play like SRV.

The Proline G-Style will fit but it will probably not be a drop-in replacement. It usually isn't that easy. I don't have your guitar to look at. The dimensions are ------------ Thickness: 1/4", (0.25"), (6.3 mm) Length: 1-3/4", (1.735"), (44.07 mm) Height: 3/8", (0.366"), (9.3 mm)
