Killer nut

This was a great replacement after I busted my nut while playing a show.

Not what I expected

This is a hollow piece of plastic not as good as the nut in my Squire Bullet strat . When I installed it , the high E string touched the first fret . Total waste of money

I'd recommend that every guitar player purchase a graphite nut for all of their axes. They have better lubrication and hold the strings in place well. Most guitars come with cheap plastic nuts, which are not lubricated and wear out fast.

  • I'm going to buy 2 more

It was good fro what it is. It is not a Bone Nut and it showed. But, in a pinch, it is a decent nut for a quick replacement

Not without some work. It's best to let a qualified tech look at it.

How tall is this nut? The current nut on my guitar is so high that the strings always sound out of tune. If this is the same measurement as what is already on my current guitar, I don't want to waste my money.
