I would buy again
Used these on a MIJ lawsuit Les Paul copy from the 70's to replace the worn tuners as part of a refresh job. Very functional with minimal mounting issues. They look very close to the original tuners as I wanted to retain the appearance of this old but worthy guitar. They seem to hold the tuning very well as well. Not as refined as higher end tuners but am very satisfied for the price.

Not pleased
Package was supposed to contain three left and three right side tuners. The covers were correct, but was actually given 4 left and 2 right sides. Had to put an old tuner back on. I cannot return because I had already installed all but the bad one, and a return meant I needed to take all the tuners back off. Make sure the tuners are correct before you start.....

I bought these to replace tuners on a 80 takamine acoustic and these are more exact than the ones I replaced but the bushings are too small for the hole but still worked with the old bushings, other than that these are nice vintage style tuners for 60s 70s acoustic.

Worked perfectly for the Epiphone Pr everything lined up, all changed in less than 10mins. They definitely feel alot better than the ones that came on the guitar.

would these fit the Epiphone Slash AFD Special II?
I’m sorry, I don’t know. The Proline 3+3 will probably fit but in a case like this we recommend having a qualified guitar tech look at the guitar.submitted3 years ago

Will this product match up with the screw holes on an epiphone Les Paul special II? I want to swap the stock ones out for an upgrade but don't want to drill new screw holes or ream the peg hole. Thanks!
These tuning machines would be compatible with an Epiphone Les Paul Special II.submitted6 years ago

Can I use it with my A. Guitar?
It depends on the guitar. These will fit most 3 per side setups, but may require some drilling for the support screws.
