    I got this product because the premise of it awesome! I could tidy up my pedalboard with easily replaceable/repairable connections with soldering. I tried them out, and it just.. sucks. It completely changes my tone, whether from bad connections or bad quality. Shame :/

    Unfortunately they hardly ever work on first attempt. it takes me several tries to get a signal through. They are great once you get them to work. But with the amount of time spent trying to get one to work, i could have learned how to solder and bought soldered connectors.

    Improved my chain signal feedback and buzz to minimal. Lots of extra cable and especially good for placing your pedal setup to convenience and running cable around that. Just make sure you make a level cut, not slanted. Cutting takes almost no effort! Jacks are extremely reliable. If you are cutting to patch pedals together I reccommend buying 3" cables and using this as a 6"-30' length cable, Dont waste the jack heads.

    I had bought the past version of this cable kit and it was great. This newer version is even better. Adding the screwdriver to package was brilliant. The cable cuts easier and the screws are easier to manage. Also the actual jacks are a little smaller but still tough as nails. Great job Planet Waves!
