The PC series of electronic cymbals from Pintech were engineered for quietness, excellent tracking and superior dynamics. The included Aquarian cymbal spring keeps the cymbal in place while providing natural spring-back action.
Made from the same material as bullet proof glass and riot shields, these cymbals are extremely robust. These cymbals are a translucent "smoke" color that allows a little bit of light to shine through them. This gives the cymbal a warm and rich look, while providing you years of excellent response.
Reinforced triggers are encased in a specially engineered trigger-box to give you the best triggering experience possible. Easy to remove and replace, these cymbals are also easy to repair.
This dual-zone 14" crash is chokeable and includes all wraps and cables.

Comments about Pintech PC Series Dual Zone Cymbal:
After some research I found Pintech and decided for the money I at least had to try it. I've played drums for years, but recently went electronic. My kit btw is the Alesis Crimson, which I've grown to LOVE. There isn't much to review as it's just a cymbal, but the durability and sound is all you need to know. They claim they are unbreakable, and so far that's true. I smash this thing. An interesting anomaly I like is that without any adjustment the sound you get is different from your main crash, at least for my kit. By default it is supposed to be the same sound as your primary crash, whatever that sound is for that kit, but out of the box it gives you a different pitch. You can/could tweak this, but I love that it's another sound. In fact, in the rock kit setting it sounds a lot like a china. However, I can confidently assume this will be different for different brains. But for the price this is a great choice for a second (or third) cymbal for an electronic kit.
