This is just amazing..

Wow. I got this amp a year ago and nothing's gone wrong with it. I use it all the time to play with at home, the CD line in and Head phone jack is very nice. It has enough of an EQ to mess around with. The different voicings are nice and the tone difference is noticable, but when turned up not much really changes. I actually bring this to my band's practice. There's another guitarist with a ~150W Peavey and a moderate drummer. I turn the volume all the way up and I can sort of hear myself. It gets all distorted, but that'll happen on almost any amp this size turned up all the way. I played today for three hours straight without turning off the amp in 90+ degree weather at full blast with my band. Amp still works. I do this all the time, atleast twice a week, only it's not always so hot. But none the less, this is a practice amp. Great for home practice, solo or with an equal size guitar amp. But if your drummer isn't too loud, then this might work if you like distortion. Great little thing, built like a tank. A must buy for any beginning bassist.

D.O.A! But Store Exchanged it for a Fender

Ordered this online and it was backordered. Finally UPS delivered it and right out of the box the unit had a loud feedback hum even with all the dials on zero and nothing plugged in. Called customer service and all they offered was to have me take it to my local store. Took it in the next day and they were more than happy to exchange it for a Fender Rumble 15.

I can't believe the power this little thing has. I got it to practice at lower volumes without disturbing the neighbors since my 900 watt, two 10-inch stack can be heard around the block. What a great choice I made. The vintage switch gives you a nice old school sound. If I turn up the gain, I can make the walls vibrate. If you want a good inexpensive practice amp, buy this now.

I bought this amp just to practice in my room. I didn't expect much from it. But when i plugged my bass in, i was shocked by the power it could deliver!! With my bass (ESP F 415FM) at max volume and the amp at volume level 1, it was already way too loud!! The 3 band EQ is really good too. If u want an awesome practice amp, i strongly recommend this one!

This amp is stellar for practice. For the price, it cannot be beat. HUGE bang for the buck. It holds its own quite well with drums and is highly portable. The line-in for jamming along to songs on an ipod or other device is great! Overall, best small practice amp.

A year ago I went to a shop looking to get a nice used combo bass amp as a present for my father-in-law. The guy said "You've got to try this one that's $99." Ugh. "It's a Peavey." Ugh. But we plugged in to it, and the thing sounds as good as amps that cost 3-4 times as much. I'm just blown away by the sound of this thing. I'm buying another one right now for myself.

Originally bought a bass guitar, and never really got particularly good at it. Good enough to hold my own in a few late high school bands and this little guy never once failed me. Now I work as a dubstep DJ and for $100 bucks this cowboy is one of the juciest extra subwoofers I have ever used. I'm considering buying more. Like 5 more. To make a total of 6. Because I love them.
