Use for small PA

I use this as a PA in my studio area. I would describe the sound as solid, very clear highs and tight bass. I have my pedal board for my electric guitars and a acoustic preamp/DI for my acoustic instruments. I also have a Digitech Trio inline. The amp handles the bass and drum tracks very well. I would use this in a small venue with a couple guitars and a mic and I believe it would work well. I've done this in the studio at a much lower volume and it sounded nice in the small space.

I absolutely love this little speaker, it's small but boy does it pack a punch. I've used little guy for all types of uses. I run it through a 10 channel mixer, not that you need too but I do it just for the extra benefits that comes with a mixer, you can 100% go without a mixer and it works perfectly, like I said I use this for all types of events, I use it as a monitor when I play guitar in church, we also use it at home as a stand alone speaker for backyard parties, let me tell you this guy fills up our entire backyard, it is really powerful, my entire family loves it and we use it at almost all our family events just because it's powerful and extremely portable, one last thing, this speaker is so tough and durable, I don't worry about it being nicked around and bumped, it really takes a beating, for a keyboard amp or guitar it doesn't get better than peavey.

I just received Peavey KB2 amp a couple weeks ago, and I primarily use it for home practicing and playing with my Yamaha MOX8 keyboard. The piano sounds are very clear, and there is no humming or buzzing feedback in the speaker! The bass and treble quality are excellent on both ends. The drum sounds played through the keyboard are also very clear, even when playing loud. A connected mic also sounds great! I highly recommend.
Exactly what it says.

Honestly good enough. It works. It's fairly sturdy, I've thrown it about for the last two years. I used it with electronic drums and keyboards. I've even plugged my iPod in with an adapter. It gets the job done whether at a gig or a practice. Works well as a monitor too.
Another Great Peavey Experience

Peavey and I have had a fantastic long term relationship :) and this is no different - I used this in my college days in my dorm, but suits an apartment scene as well as a practice amp. Works as a monitor too. It hums a little bit when turned up very loud but you probably won't be doing that if you use it for what it was made for. Great amp.
