I purchased a use one and it sounds great. I've been looking for one that would fit in to my buget. I recently strated playing again at church with all the kids gone off too college and didn't want to spend a lot of time and money on drums. But I really enjoy it and glad that I was able to purchase this little fircracker. Maybe I'll be playing longer at church now than I thought I was.

This snare is great! I had never heard of this snare until Chad Szeliga of Breaking Benjamin used this snare in "So Cold", and "Breath"... He uses it with the snares turned off, and it sounds great. I reccomend getting the 12x5 because you can get better tones i think from that one. It gives a nice tone to any setup especially if you rock and/or metal. This snare is made to rock!

Couldn't ask for a better side snare than this little guy. I've been wanting to replicate some Chad Sexton (311) sounds on my kit and this fit the bill. My band loves it because of its robust "pop" that it makes. Perfect for tight fills and replicating some reggae-type sounds.

I LOVE this lil baby ! I was looking for a smaller Snare for that " POP " . I wasn't sure I made the Right choice but when I Played it.. It was BETTER than was what I was hoping for in a Smaller Snare. I've changed the Top Head & love this thing even more. TRULYYYYYYYY WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT !!!
