Pearl SGC300P Super Grip Clutch

absolutely amazing! this thing is built like a rock. i bought this to replace my old generic clutch that had stripped. this clutch has several things going for it: ''its tough ''grips like glue and wont slip! ''there is a spot in the clutch where you hat goes that has no threads to prevent key holing ''looks awesome ''the rubber(as apposed to felt) has less surface area touching the top hat making the hat less choked and so it will sing better overall i have nothing bad to say about it. go to gc and try it out.

I usually hit my hats pretty hard and have had trouble with clutches in the past slipping while playing or from pushing down on the pedal to hard. This baby never moves and gives my cymbals the perfect movement I need them too. The rubber washers also last longer than felt ones and seem to make the hats sound a little brighter.
