Description

The Rhythm Traveler Pod Kit by Pearl gives you the sound of the original Rhythm Traveler but takes portability to a new level. Perfect for a casual session or rehearsal, this kit provides the bare necessities for a drummer to perform or compose at a moments notice. The shells are mahogany in construction for a full, round tone. The "concert" style toms offered a clipped sustain with ample punch to make your presence known.

Also included is a full hardware outfit with cymbals, stands, pedal and mounting hardware. The cymbals include a brass set of 13" hi-hats and a 16" crash. The lightweight bass drum pedal, hi-hat stand, and mounting hardware will provide a convenient and portable framework for your performance.

Drums sizes include a 20" x 8" bass drum, 10", 12" and 14" toms and 13" x 5" snare - all of which are mounted from the bass drum. The Rhythm Traveler Pod Kit comes with a complete set of mesh heads allowing for silent practicing. The Rhythm Traveler Pod Kit features black drum hardware.

    This is a great little drum set! It includes all the parts you need to get playing, but the free cymbals sound pretty bad. You can take the entire set and cram it in a small trunk easily. I replaced the heads with Remo Ebony Penstripes and used Moon gels to get decent sounds. I've been banging on this set for 5 years, plus the other church members! Built Pearl tough. And I almost forgot it includes muffle heads and cymbals for close to silent practice!
