Just got the 20" RUDE Wild Crash today, and I think I'm in love. First off, it weighs a ton, and I can tell already that this cymbal is going to be in my setup for a couple of years. It has an excellent bright sound, awesome cut and sustain, and fits perfectly with Thrash Metal. Can't wait to test this bad boy live. Paiste always delivers.

I have to say, this thing sounds AMAZING live but the sound quality when recording is UNBELEIVEABLE. With its notorious loud volume i expected it to decimate my microphone and overlap all other sounds on my kit. i was very pleased when it didnt. it came through with absolute clarity and did not wash out the other items on my kit. however it definetly was louder than other softer cymbals (such as my Zildjian A Custom Rezo crash, but i expected that). BUY THIS CYMBAL. I love it, you wil too. I guarantee it.

I purchased this cymbal because I love Slipknot and how Joey Jordison's cymbals sound. I have a 19" version of this cymbal and I love it. Sustains long and penetrates like no other. It also looks awesome.
