sounds Evil great for Metal

The Rude cymbals have a really strong attack with allot of tension in the sound even as it dies off. I compared it to all my other cymbals and this Rude is the Meanest. Sounds like its hissing at you, compared to others that ring politely. And that is what I love about it. for that reason they are great for Metal, plus they are made of B8 so they will not break.
Great hi end crash and a nice bell center

I always played hard..., and to kind of cymbal, you need to hit to get the best sound...
Musical sound, more versatile than unfortunate name suggests

Very musical sound. Not a dry ride like the Zildjian K dry that I played on for years, which makes it more forgiving I think. I play trad jazz and soft rock with this. I don't care for the name very much, I think it's a very well behaved ride/crash in my hands.
Just what I needed!

I was unshure of purchasing an additional crash or ride cymbal for my kit until I came across this awesome Rude crash/ride cymbal! It's just what I needed. As a ride: very bright with nylon tipped drumsticks with a high pitched and dry bell. As a crash: slow response time, but LOUD and powerfull! A pleasingly fun addition to any kit, especially for someone in need of quality with the best of both worlds "crash/ride"!!!
So loud, it's rude

Yeah, it's a pretty killer deal. The cymbal is very quick to respond and has a VERY nice tone. In addition, this thing is a piece of muscle. I have a friend in an L.A. marching band, in his 40's and has owned this puppy since high school. The great thing about the versatility of this cymbal is I used to not belive in "crash/rides" before I got this. It has a very dry ride to it yet the crash is loud and powerful. Buy this!
