The 12-string Ovation Elite 2058 TX Acoustic-Electric Guitar has a deep contour body, an AA solid spruce top, scalloped X-bracing, a rosewood fretboard and bridge, black tuning machines, and a multi-soundhole bass side rosette.

The Elite 2058 TX guitar has an Ovation OP-Pro preamp and OCP1K pickup”designed in collaboration with Al DiMeola and Melissa Etheridge”to combine state-of-the-art audio quality with guitarist-friendly features. The 12-string Elite guitar's preamp will please the most discriminating guitarist, and deliver classic Ovation tone.

    Wicked all-black finish make this a distinctive instrument that demands attention. Fortunately, it sounds as good as it looks. Nice low-set action and crisp tone. I wish they hadn't flattened the back. I prefer Ovation's deep bowl design. This sits more upright like a dreadnought.

    This guitar totally suprised me. My first Ovation Balladeer 1612 has really stood the test of time, and still plays, and sounds great, and was made in the USA. So when I came across this Elite 2058 I was a little uneasy about purchasing a guitar made in Korea. Well I took the plunge and bought it, and never looked back, it sounds great. When hooked to an amp, the sounds really suprised me, the bass is......well music to my ears! If you want a great sounding 12 string in a medium price range, this won't let you down. Hope this helps you with your decision.

    Official dimensions are 42.5 x 6.8 x 19.5 inches. I can't find any info on the length of the body, but I would estimate 18 to 20 inches.
