Ultimate Support Product Outlines - TS-99BL Extra Tall TeleLock® Speaker Stand w/ Leveling Leg

Description
Patented TeleLock collar:
The Ultimate TS-90 is one of the easiest speaker stands to use thanks to its patented TeleLock collar. Set the TeleLock collar to either the "raise" or "lower" setting and the auto-locking technology provides just the right amount of resistance to allow you to raise or lower the speaker while locking the tube in place.
Included leveling leg:
Have you ever run into a situation when you wished you could place a speaker where a set of stairs, risers, or a short ledge was in the way? The TS-99BL includes one leveling leg that telescopes down an additional 13" beyond the length of the other two tripod legs, allowing you to place the Ultimate speaker stand on a set of stairs, risers, a hillside, or un uneven ground outdoors.
Extra height:
The TS-99BL is plenty tall enough for most normal situations. However, when you need to get your speaker, lighting tree, or light truss up a little higher, the TS-99BL is the perfect stand to do so. The speaker stand adds about 26 inches of additional height and has a maximum height of 9' 2".
Patented tripod design:
The Ultimate Support TS-90's offset, tripod base design provides more support than typical "off-the-shelf" speaker stands. The design makes for very tight internal fittings, doing away with unnecessary sloppy leg problems, and includes a super-strong, die-cast metal collar that prevents over tightening and breakage issues often associated with plastic designs.
Oversized, heavy-wall aluminum tubing:
The entire stand (legs, mast, and telescoping tube) uses oversized, heavy-walled aluminum tubing for durability, functionality, and weight savings. The Ultimate TS-90 speaker stand will not rust or corrode (thanks to its architectural, anodized finish), is very smooth to operate, and is extraordinarily strong yet lightweight.
100% field-serviceable parts:
From the foot caps on the bottom of the tripod legs all the way up to the speaker adapter at the top of the stand, the Ultimate TS-90 is field-serviceable as needed by the part over its very long lifespan. In the unlikely event that something does break on the TS-90, instead of throwing the entire stand away and buying a whole new one, simply replace the broken part with the appropriate, affordable part to retain the value of your Ultimate TS-90 speaker stand.

Do Not Invest with Ultimate Support Stands

DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS MANUFACTURER! I will never purchase an Ultimate Stands product again. This company has been terrible to work with during a product failure covered by warranty. I purchased one of their "top of the line" speaker stands, and when in use, it failed and almost cost me an RCF main speaker as the main housing cracked and a leg pulled off of the stand. Products have failures and this is "warrantied", so no harm, no foul. However, the frustration comes into play when working with their team to make it right. Their website clearly sets the expectation of a response within 2-3 business days, and I received confirmation from my initial inquiry. After 7 days of no response, I followed up, and after 2 additional days, I received a response. The part that they mentioned replacing seemed to have a different name than what I was expecting, so I sent additional pictures to confirm and asked if we were aligned on what the replacement part should be. 5 additional days go by and they asked for more pictures. I sent them pictures, again. I still don't have resolution and it is 7 days after that last request. It has been 3 weeks of limited, and terrible communication for a standard warranty replacement. Hoping this review can save heartache and steer future customers in a different direction.
