    I recently removed the Tom mounts off of my 2 pearl decade maple kick drums, and replaced with Pearl cover plate, I have future plans of buying rack system, in mean time, i decided to buy the SPL double concert Tom stand, to hold rack Tom's, I bought this stand, thinking it would be a more inexpensive way until I purchased the rack system, after receiving the SPL Tim stand I was honestly really surprised at just how well this stand is built, very pleasantly surprised, really stout and sturdy, prior to receiving it, can't lie, was a lil hesitate on how much I would use/depend on it! WOW, is all I can say, really strong sturdy stand at a great price, and the guys at Guitar center were really great with building and directing me in this situation, can not say enough about SPL double concert stand and the guys at my local Guitar center, great experience! Great value! I highly recommend this stand! My stand will hold 2 toms and 1 other implement, it can hold 3 implements! Love it!!!! I actually just ordered a second one just to have on hand!!!

    I have an older drum set and wanted a better way to mount the toms. This mount works perfectly and allows me to be more flexible in how I set them up and play my set. This is perfect for mounting toms.

    What size are the tom arms? My drums have a 7/8" mounting hole.
