Just what I needed!!
This pedal is exactly what I needed! My playing has become a little mundane and uninspiring at home. Although this pedal doesn't offer everything it's bigger brother does, the minute I plugged it in and found a drum beat I really liked, I felt inspired to play more. I love that it's not just a drum loop, but you can add fills and change back in forth between the verse beat and chorus beat. The drum tones sound really good to me. The pedal is heavy duty and built really well. I expect many years of great use out of it. I am so happy with this purchase!

BeatBuddy MINI 2 Review
I had such high hopes for the BeatBuddy MINI 2 but my expectations fell way too short. Great concept and very easy to use and pull up drum beats. The beats are recorded by an actual drummer and various drum sets, problem is, it's like hiring the most obnoxious drummer you could come up with, and I think you actually did do just that. Way too busy. It's like a drummer with an ego who is completely oblivious to the supporting role and function a drummer should be in an ensemble. If this was a drummer in a my band, I'd shoot him. There's no subtleness to any of it. The drummer in the MINI 2 is if your face, big time. This drummer thinks he's the star of the show. Sounds like pots and pans falling from the cabinets. This drummer you hired for the MINI 2 recordings is not a team player. Sorry, but the MINI 2 should not be the star of my show.

When I sing at different places with my acoustic guitar, this Beat Buddy Mini 2 adds much depth. The drums sound good, it's so easy to use and add fills and switch genres. I really love it.

I purchased this after our other guitarist bought the regular BeatBuddy. I was impressed with the ease of use of the BeatBuddy Mini as well as the amount of preloaded beats. I just recently ordered the foot switch to enable pauses during songs. Overall I've been pleased with the quality in construction, sound, and easy setup. The Mini is perfect for at home practice or even small performances, so long as you get the foot switch.

I ordered my Beat Buddy Nov 25, 2022..From Guitar center, they keep telling me it's back ordered, now due to to arrive in April..Is Singular sound that far behind in production? And shipping to Guitar Center ? I'm not sure what's going on and what to believe..Could some one give me some straight answers..Thanks
I'm really sorry. The only information we have is what is provided by the manufacturer. We have no influence in regard to a vendors build. ETA - early April.submitted3 years ago

Hi.....older player here...not great at technology....but....how easy is this to use?..Does it plug into amp?...its own amp?...etc....thanks!
Way easy - I have one!! Just plug the output into an amp. It doesn't have it's own. It's analog - sounds great. It's a real drummer. I love mine.submitted4 years ago

How will this interact with my other pedals? If I'm running a boost, overdrive and reverb, where in my chain should this go in order to preserve both my sound as well as its quality/sound quality?
If you are plugging other pedals into the BeatBuddy, the BeatBuddy should be last on the pedal effects chain, after the looper, so that the BeatBuddy's sound isn't affected by your other pedals.
