SLX Wireless Systems like this SLXD14 Combo System, are powerful wireless tools that can be set up quickly and used confidently by installers and working bands. Features include auto frequency scan with transmitter setup, exceptional wireless clarity and Shure patented Audio Reference Companding.

Includes WL93 lavalier microphone, SLX1 bodypack transmitter, SLX4 receiver, tie clip, rackmount kit, two 1/4 wave antennas, power supply, two AA batteries, protective bumpers with eight screws, vinyl bag and user guide.

Choose from one of three bandwidths:
G58: 470–514mHz
H55: 514–558mHz
J52: 558–616mHz

    Two show with this unit so far, and ZERO issues. ESP LTD F415 bass with no signal loss. Had to switch to -14 dB pad on GK 1001RB input. Tested to 50 yards in a crowded bar, 100 yards outside. Flawless connection. Buy this wireless. Be sure to check the frequency finder for your area to make the right frequency choice.

    The unit itself is built well; it feels solid and the buttons/knobs are strong. The receiver has a nice shape and size to it and is not too heavy or bulky. Once you turn it on, it guides you through all the steps very efficiently. The receiver connects like a breeze then you're off and running. I've used this several times with my guitar and it has been flawless each time. The sound comes through crystal clear and with no latency that I can hear whatsoever. I will definitely be sticking with Shure for my audio needs! #sweepstakes

    So far it's working well, but it's too early to tell. I've had many shure products over the years, most of which had to be retired due to frequency interference issues, so that's thousands and thousands of dollars flushed down the drain. Recently I've been trying BLX, including the frequencies recommended for my area, and they are still terriblee with static, interference, and drops. I am trying the SLXD and am skeptical, but hopeful. Of coure, it sucks that SLXD are twice the price of BLX, so it means we won't be able to afford as many as we need.
