We use the mike in an auditorium setting. It has greatly improved our sound output.

We are using this as a talk back mic at FOH. The engineer can speak softly at 1 foot away. Everything sounds great.

My wife who is a Justice of the Peace and I own a small sound system 6000 watts total We used the MX418 mic as the only mic for a wedding in a large hall. I wanted to keep the mic as inconspiculous as possible so the black finish worked out fine. Perched on top of a black mic stand and my wife dressed in black accomplished this. The mic was in front of my wife who had the Bride and groom facing her. This mic picked up not only my wife but the bride and groom in an acceptable manner. I had no feedback problems as I used two QSC KW152 speakers up high on tripods approx 50 ft from the mic and midway between the audience running along the outside walls. I had never used small mics before. This one filled the bill! Howard Page,HoJo Sound,Seabrook,NH
