    I replaced my old 425's with these and honestly they're comparable - they do sound a bit quieter and the pads aren't as comfortable as older models but I am still pleased with the sound quality and they seamlessly work alongside my wireless adapters

    Amazing sound although I tried to game and thought the headphones had one of the worst surround sound I have ever picked on in the gaming scene. imagine my surprise that after 3-4 months I had some kind of volume degradation that only a band aid of changing volume channels would fix L 26 , R 100 to be precise. so I would safely assume that it wasn't that the surround sound was terrible on this headphones but might be that I got a defective unit that had channel issues from the get go.

    The Shure Aonic 4 is everything you need and nothing you don't for an amazing pair of earphones. They are very crisp, dynamic, great bass. They have a mic in-line so you can also use them for calls. They block out as much sound as earplugs so you can listen at lower volumes even in loud environments. And they're not exposing you to the radiation of bluetooth (and you won't lose an individual earbud). Individual components are repairable or replaceable. Two year warranty.
