    I have only used these mics twice for two different events and they have been awesome! One was a Sweet 16 party that featured a special performance by two singers. The second event the mics were used for a wedding gig. I have to say the response and clarity of the mics are good! I did not experience any drop outs. The range was good too. I would definitely recommend this wireless mic package if you are on a budget and do not want to spend $1000+ on a wireless system. I've always known Senneiser to be a good company and I made the right decision on choosing them.

Your actual results in your location are a little hard to predict, as "it depends" on several factors. The factors that will influence operating range include:1) Output power. 2)The RF environment you are operating in. 3) People and humidity. The two key drivers of a wireless system are tuning bandwidth and output power, as both will help you avoid pockets of interference and gain reliable performance."

    What are the main difference between the Sennheiser XSW 1-825 Dual and the XSW 1-835 Dual wireless microphones? Why is the 1-835 more expensive?

    The 1-835 is the upgraded version of the 1-825. It has a bit more range is the main difference.
