    is the black beater side of this trigger mesh or rubber? even Roland's manual does not indicate the trigger strike material. I am needing quiet so definitely not a rubber kick surface.

    Could you possibly use on a different brand or module other than Roland? Like Alesis DM 10 Module

    It may. It probably won't be consistent. It’s not a good idea to mix brands of e-drums.
